Pax Augusta Coming Soon to Steam

A historically accurate Roman city builder

Germany / Switzerland – September 22, 2022 – Independent publisher Senatis and developer Roger Gassman have announced that Pax Augusta, an authentic and accurate Roman city builder, will be coming to Steam soon.

In Pax Augusta, you will have to build up a prosperous city, take care of your citizens, trade goods and earn money to build impressive monuments, and hire advisors. Secure your city, increase your power to become a senator and, eventually, turn into an emperor.

Many buildings in Pax Augusta have been recreated 1:1 and can still be visited today as ruins. Historians, archaeologists, and many other community members have supported the project with their expertise since the beginning of the process of development.

About Roger Gassmann
As a big fan of games like Imperium Romanum or the Caesar game series Roger was looking for modern alternatives bringing back the classical gameplay feeling of traditional roman city builders.  Since there were no real alternatives, Roger decided to learn how to program and developed his own roman city builder . What began as a hobby project in 2019 became bigger and better from month to month. In the meantime the project attracted a solid community and gained a lot of attention from other developers and artists interested to support the project.
