June 3rd, 2025: Indie game dev veteran Ola Persson’s latest project, Paris Transylvania, is world-premiering its beta during the June 2025 edition of Steam Next Fest. With hand-drawn gothic visuals and pachinko-inspired gameplay, this roguelike deckbuilder is gearing up for full release in fall 2025.

Welcome to Paris Transylvania! Collect a powerful deck of cards, strategize, aim, and pop pegs to power up and deal massive damage with relic synergies. Play as one of three unlikely heroes, conquer Transylvania, and free the people from these bloodsuckers once and for all. Featuring a hand-drawn gothic art style and mechanics inspired by Peggle, Peglin, and Slay the Spire, this roguelike lets you play cards in any order, pick your own path, and face off in wild boss battles and heartpounding retro minigames.
