Lost In Random: The Eternal Die Dev Diaries Offer Deep Dive In Leadup To Launch

With the PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch launch of Lost In Random: The Eternal Die on June 17th just a few weeks away, now is the perfect time to roll the dice on a series of dev diaries released by Thunderful and Stormteller Games that give players a behind the scenes perspective on the fast-paced action roguelite.

The series kicks off with the game’s director Martin Storm exploring how the studio evolved from an action-adventure to a roguelite spin and delving into the components that make up The Eternal Die, including its unique relic system. That’s followed by a diary with Narrative Designer and Writer Oskar Hanska, digging into the fascinating characters populating the whimsical world of Random and, finally, Sound Designer and Composer Ola Bäckström-Berg takes the helm for the penultimate video in the series, detailing the hands-on process of creating the game’s evocative soundscape. You can check out all three dev diaries below.
