Cologne, Germany, August 20, 2025 – Hero Games announced today that its highly anticipated free-to-play hybrid action RPG, Duet Night Abyss, will make its first-ever appearance at Gamescom. Attendees are invited to experience a new, high-quality trailer and get hands-on with a special demo build live from the Duet Night Abyss booth from August 20-24 at the Koelnmesse in Hall 9.1 B059.
Duet Night Abyss is a thrilling hybrid action RPG featuring a dual narrative that allows players to seamlessly switch between melee and ranged weapons for fast-paced, fluid combat in a world of magic and machinery as they battle enemies by controlling demon-inspired characters. The game blends high-impact action with a deep, story-driven progression, exploring the intertwined fates of its two protagonists.
Fans and media will have the opportunity to play the latest demo and immerse themselves in the game’s dynamic combat firsthand at the Duet Night Abyss booth. The booth is designed to reflect the game’s fantasy aesthetic, featuring a life-sized sculpture of the character Psyche in her Eclosioner form. Visitors can take photos at a dedicated photo zone with the sculpture and cosplayers, as well as participate in special activities at Lunoeggy's Shop for a chance to win limited-edition merchandise.
In addition to the on-site activities, the Duet Night Abyss official community channels are hosting interactive online events with prizes. Players can share the Gamescom trailer for a chance to win exclusive merchandise and physical rewards. The trailer introduces the dual-protagonist storyline, featuring characters like Berenica, Rebecca, Truffle, and Filbert, along with newcomers Rhythm, Phantasio, and Daphne.
