Fitness Adventure PRO is not just about exercise – it’s a fully-featured video game designed to keep you fit through gameplay.
Each mission is built around movement, music, and progression: you don’t follow a routine – you play! Training becomes a side effect of the fun.
Whether you’re dancing, rowing, or running in sync with the beat, you’ll be exploring the islands freely, unlocking rewards, conquering challenges, and tracking your progress – all without needing extra gear.
All activities have been designed and performed in motion capture by two top professional coaches in fitness and dance – bringing real expertise, energy, and precision to every movement in the game.
Over 150 bodyweight workout exercises are included, each with full 3D camera control – you can rotate around the coach to view every movement from the best angle, ensuring perfect technique and a deeper learning experience.
You’ll also discover many Fit Dance choreographies across the archipelago, and challenge yourself with a variety of Beat Walking programs tailored to rhythm and tempo.
The workout section is designed to train the entire body, with exercises divided into Upper Body, Lower Body, Stretching, and Cardio. Based on the initial Fit Check, the system suggests routines at three different difficulty levels – making the experience accessible and effective for all users.
