Seattle, WA – Connect Quest, a groundbreaking new game blending emotional connection with roguelite mechanics, is officially debuting today at PAX West 2025. Attendees can experience the first playable demo of this innovative title at Booth #745.
Developed by Chris Cantero and his wife, Dr. Katie Cantero, a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in psychology, Connect Quest is a unique co-op game designed to help couples and close partners build stronger bonds through playful interaction. Featuring pixel-art characters, guided prompts, and roguelite progression, Connect Quest transforms relationship growth into an engaging, repeatable adventure.
“Connect Quest is about helping people connect more deeply in their relationships,” said Chris Cantero, Creative Director at Chazak Games. “It’s about building vulnerability, laughter, and shared discovery. We’re thrilled to share it with the world for the very first time at PAX West.”
“With over a decade of experience working with couples, I’ve seen how hard it can be to build real connection in the middle of busy, stressful lives,” said Dr. Katie Cantero, licensed psychologist and co-developer of Connect Quest. “This game gives partners a playful, structured way to grow closer while having fun together.”
