Celebrate Halloween in The Tomorrow Children: Phoenix Edition

Exclusive items, extra rewards and rare island sightings start in-game today on PlayStation

OCTOBER 18 2022, KYOTO, JAPAN - Independent development studio Q-Games today launched the first seasonal event for The Tomorrow Children: Phoenix Edition on PlayStation. The Halloween Event is available to play until November 1st and contains a series of timed exclusive items, rewards and costumes.

Every player that visits the Void from 18th October until 1st November will receive the new and exclusive Jack-o-lantern costume for free – a spooky yet stylish outfit that’s perfect for the Halloween season. Pumpkins have also been added to the workbench as craftable items, to ensure that every town can celebrate the spooky season in style.

There’s also the opportunity to pocket extra Toil rewards by destroying certain Izverg throughout the Void. Exterminating the small Zappto spiders will offer 5x the normal toil reward during the Halloween season, and for players feeling especially brave, bringing down one of the large Zappta spiders will earn 2.5x the normal toil reward.

The event ramps up from 28th October until 1st November, with increased sightings of a rare moon island and the invitation to take part in an exclusive in-game Trick or Treat campaign. Everyone that plays during this period will receive a randomly allocated Trick or Treat bonus, with the Treat containing valuable and powerful equipment.

Dylan Cuthbert, Game Director said:
