We would like to share our press release for Archetype Blue, a pixel-art dark fantasy RPG with deckbuilding combat, currently available as a free demo on Steam.
In Archetype Blue, players take on the role of Mary, a girl who inherits the name of the legendary knight Lancelot, and journeys through a world slowly sinking into darkness.
Along the way, Mary meets more than 50 companions. By deepening her bonds with them, players can unlock new cards and build their own deck around the relationships they form during the journey.
The game combines JRPG-inspired storytelling, pixel-art presentation, and tactical deckbuilding combat where party members, positioning, and companion bonds all affect the way players fight.
