Pittsburgh, PA / October 27, 2026 - Indie developer and publisher Retreaux Games today announced A Snail’s Tale, a retro-inspired, turn-based JRPG coming to Steam and Nintendo Switch on November 11th. Blending classic 90s-style RPG combat with cozy gameplay, quirky characters, and absurd comedy, A Snail’s Tale offers a nostalgic adventure with a decidedly unusual comedic twist.
Players take on the role of Samson Spligglebarp, an aspiring warrior swept into King Phillippe’s bizarre predicament: an immortal snail that will never stop pursuing him. As Samson ventures through a mysterious fantasy world, he’ll encounter eccentric characters, unconventional foes, and a comedic adventure where even the slowest creature can become the biggest problem.
