17 JULY 2025 - The Hellenic Film and Audiovisual Center (EKKOMED) proudly announces the participation of the Greek National Delegation in Gamescom 2025. As EKKOMED, we are excited to bring the first official Greek delegation to Gamescom this year. This marks an important milestone in showcasing the vibrant creativity and talent of Greek game developers on the international stage.
Our goal is to boost Greece’s visibility in the global gaming industry, foster meaningful partnerships, and open new opportunities for our developers to thrive and grow. We believe this initiative will highlight Greece’s potential as a key player in the rapidly evolving world of video games.

What: Moros Protocol is a sci-fi FPS roguelite that combines the intense combat of classic ‘90’s “boomer-shooters” and the challenge of souls-like boss fights. Necrophosis
What: Necrophosis is a first-person horror adventure, plunging you into a nightmarish realm teeming with grotesque forms and ominous visuals. Delve into eerie landscapes and uncover secrets in this atmospheric journey through the macabre.
Why should you care? Necrophosis’ world is directly inspired by the paintings of Zdzisław Beksiński, a Polish surrealist known for his hellish, decaying dreamscapes. Few games have captured that same existential dread, and even fewer recreated it in real-time 3D environments this convincingly. It’s not just creepy, it’s beautiful in a grotesque, poetic way. This isn’t body horror or jump-scare horror, it’s “art horror.” The visuals are like walking through a nightmare version of a museum exhibit.
