August 13, 2026 - Hooded Horse and Lantto Games are excited to share that their open-world factory automation game, Sandustry, is out now in early access for PC via Steam, GOG, and the Microsoft Store. It is also available via PC Game Pass.
Stationed on an unexplored world brimming with diverse biomes and rolling landscapes, players must light the spark of industry in a bid to establish a viable outpost and uncover the mysteries buried beneath the surface. Here, every pixel is a simulated resource that can be utilized, fueling a rapidly expanding web of processes to overcome increasingly complex logistical hurdles.
Design and automate intricate production chains through the cunning use of filters, conveyors, pumps, pipes, drones, and even local critters. Trigger and funnel chain reactions – from melting ice, to rising steam, and even combustion – for more efficient mining and puzzle solving. Combine newly discovered resources for bigger profits (and larger explosions), unlocking powerful tools and technologies. From crust to core, players must sift and blast their way through unknown caverns in their quest for technological supremacy.
The game will be localized from English into German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.
Sandustry is available now in early access for PC via Steam, GOG, and the Microsoft Store for $14.99 / £12 / €14.99 / ¥1,480. A 35% launch discount is running for the next two weeks. The game is also available on PC Game Pass.
