The first add-on, Ghost Town, introduces a new map (Pripyat Residential) to the base game and sends players on several side missions. It also comes with a paid cosmetics pack “Deadly Frost”. The second free expansion, Season One, offers a new adventure titled “Memory of You”, gives players a free crossbow, and unlocks new item effects with the paid “Blue Flames” pack. For the first anniversary of the game’s release, Chernobylite fans and merch collectors can participate in a Black Stalker plushie campaign, which will last until August 25th. The mascot will be distributed if the campaign reaches its base goal of 200 copies ordered.
Ghost Town and Season One DLCs are already available for download on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The “Deadly Frost” and “Blue Flames” packs are available for $3.99/€3.29/£2.89.
