Lost City Update introduces new Areas, a new Dungeon, Fishing, tons of changes for the gameplay and countless fixes

Frankfurt/Germany, September 8th 2022: Swimming,  fishing, giant hornet enemies, an all new dungeon, a new desert, a new bossfight and so many reworked systems - if you ever played Holomento before, after todays "Lost City" Update you will experience a completely different adventure.

The Lost City is the second major update during the Early Access phase of Holomento. While the first one focused mainly on quality of life improvements and reworked the combat system, todays update comes with tons of content.

The Dragon Bone Desert has been reworked from scratch, offering an all new experience in the Eventide. It now features five new subregions, new puzzles and new enemies. And last but not least a whole new dungeon to explore - with a badass bossfight.

Next to that, new features such as swimming and fishing were implemented. The fishing minigame is making use of a complex system and allows players to go, well, fishing. And hunt for highscores. Obviously. Fishes can also be brought to the museum.

In addition to all the new fixes and additions, the official Soundtrack for Holomento is now available on Steam as well offering more than 30 Tracks from composer Adeel Jafree. The game is currently 20% off on Steam to celebrate the Lost City update.

Features:

  • Explore a handcrafted open world with procedually generated dungeons
  • Permadeath for each and every traveler
  • Rebuild the world and change it over time
  • Survive fighting dangerous enemies: from simple skeletons to giant hornets
  • Face gruesome bosses
