November 5, 2026 – HypeTrain Digital and Truck World Studio are pleased to announce that Truck World: Australia is now available in Early Access on Xbox, Microsoft Store, and Epic Games Store, with a Steam release coming in 2027.
Truck World: Australia isn't just another trucking simulator with an Australian setting.
You'll haul cargo on highways and off-road, but you'll also need to step out of the cab, hitch trailers, connect hoses, refuel, and service your truck by hand. You don't just drive a truck – you work as a trucker.

Inspired by South Australia's Eyre Peninsula
The game currently takes place in a region inspired by South Australia's Eyre Peninsula, capturing the atmosphere of rural Australia through agricultural landscapes, small towns, and long stretches of road. Players take on delivery jobs supporting local farms, businesses, and industries.
Truck World Studio chose the Eyre Peninsula as the starting point because it offers an ideal environment to begin a trucking career. Its roads aren't overly busy, but its ports, farms, and local industries provide plenty of hauling opportunities. The distances between towns give players room to learn the ropes before taking on longer journeys into the Australian outback.
Road trains: Coming in a Future Update
Road trains – massive trucks pulling multiple trailers – are an iconic sight in the Australian outback and one of the features that first drew players to Truck World: Australia. One of the game's earliest videos showcased a road train and attracted significant attention.
Drivable road trains are planned for a future update and are not included in the initial Early Access release.
