WIN NINTENDO SWITCH 2!
Here’s everything we know so far, along with informed speculation about what might be on the horizon…
What we know about Nintendo Switch 2 comes mainly from the video published by Nintendo on the 16th of January. The console will have a larger display, making gameplay more immersive, and a redesigned kickstand for better stability, especially when sitting back and playing games.
The new Joy-Con Controllers will attach magnetically and are in one color – which might hint at future possible customization options!
On top of the above, we’re sure that the Nintendo Switch 2 will have an additional USB-C port, which will help with connectivity options (especially for those who prefer earphones).
And finally, what we all have been waiting for – backward compatibility with most Nintendo Switch games! It feels like Nintendo is going for a very sleek and gaming-ready console, does this mean that it might have better hardware, too?
We can speculate so! Rumors point to a Nvidia chip which would support better graphics and bring the console up to the standards of modern handhelds. On top of that, there might be more online capabilities for multiplayer games.
And surely, Nintendo will release games from its top-notch series – maybe the console will be waiting for us with a new Mario Kart game?
We can definitely say that April will be the most exciting month so far, with April the 2nd being the day Nintendo is planning to reveal more details about Switch 2. Nintendo will probably host demos of the new console, so fans who regularly attend gaming events can get excited about something big this year.
That’s it for now, but stay tuned as we bring you more updates on the Nintendo Switch 2 as they’re announced!
