April, 2025 – Independent studio Lunar Workshop Games is thrilled to announce that the brand-new demo for their highly anticipated roguelike Eclipse Breaker is now on Steam. The demo features all content currently created by the developer, including multiple bosses, enemies, and upgrades to play with!

Designed with nostalgic PlayStation aesthetics and an all-new 90s-inspired soundtrack, Eclipse Breaker marries classic JRPG flair with a modern roguelike design for an exciting twist on genre staples. In Eclipse Breaker, players explore procedurally generated dungeons shaped by elemental gods, each run offering new powers and unique spirit companions alongside a fast-paced roguelike with Active Time Battle-inspired combat.
After a 25-year gap, players step back into the role of Ember, a fiercely determined paladin who finds her classic JRPG has transformed into an action roguelike and must fight back against the Sun God herself to save her world.
