Hiya all!
The folks at NeverMore Niche, a media outlet dedicated to shining the spotlight on hidden gem indie games of all types, are excited to announce they are launching their own publishing branch: Liminal Pendulum.
Since opening in 2023, NeverMore Niche has covered hundreds of games from all genres, across all platforms and beyond. They have shared news, reviews, features, spotlights and showcases with the goal of sharing as many underrecognized games with players as possible.
Now, they continue to do this through working with solo and small development teams to bring their games to a worldwide audience. They share the same passion for games as the developers they work with, no matter how small the developers’ budgets may be.
“For us, it’s not about profit,” says Alicia Graves, Founder of NeverMore Niche and Liminal Pendulum. “We recognize that a lot of developers today have very little in the way of funds. And at times that can hamper their progress. We want to help in any way possible, including PR and Crowdfunding Campaigns. So, instead of focusing on what profits we will make off a title, we work with developers to create a plan for success that fits their budget. Our goal is for you to do what you do best- turn your passion into a phenomenal game that players will love, without the headache of the small stuff.”
And it’s not only video game developers they are working with. Liminal Pendulum is open for publication of TTRPGs, Board and Card games, Mobile games and gaming manuals.
Kicking off Liminal Pendulum’s first foray into publishing, they have partnered with three small development teams.
Three-person development studio MonsterShed Games is currently developing DungeonVille.
DungeonVille is a TTRPG where you play as adventurers delving into the deepest of dungeons. Build a village in various ways and prepare to pursue the perilous depths in search of tremendous treasure and malefic monsters. Do you adventure alone? Do you persist as a party? And most important of all, who will loot the bodies?
Play by yourself or with up to six friends!
DungeonVille will enter Beta Testing later this year.
