1917 Studios, Kazakhstan — September 5, 2025 — Independent developer 1917 Studios and publisher Valkyrie Initiative are pleased to announce the release of Sins of the Floating City, the fourth major expansion for the historical RPG Heads Will Roll: Reforged.
The new DLC takes players to Italy during the rivalry between Venice and Genoa, introducing two new branching storylines, a full cast of new characters, journeys across Europe, and new romance options.
Alongside the expansion, a major free update has also been released for the base game, featuring new mechanics, items, improved balance, and technical optimizations.

About Heads Will Roll: Reforged:
This game is a unique type of RPG with survival mechanics and turn-based combat that requires players to make careful decisions both in and out of battle. The advanced combat system takes into account a wide range of parameters, including character stats and attributes, weapon familiarity and proficiency, weapon length, fatigue, various traumas and injuries, as well as hundreds of different items and consumables.
