The debut trailer for Over the Radio has just been revealed. This first trailer provides a glimpse into the two-player cooperative flight adventure, where one player takes the role of the Pilot and the other the Navigator, relying solely on verbal communication to reach their destination. The title has been selected for the Selected Indie 80 program at Tokyo Game Show 2025, where visitors will be able to try the game on-site. Attendees who play the demo will also receive exclusive giveaways.

Game Description
Over the Radio is a local co-op communication game where two players—one Pilot, one Navigator—work together to reach the correct destination. The Pilot flies the plane on the in-game screen, while the Navigator guides using a real paper map. During the flight, neither player can see the other’s screen or map, so they must rely entirely on conversation to succeed.
Flights take place over a boundless natural landscape, giving the sense of an infinite world. Players must communicate constantly and coordinate while the plane never stops. The real paper map creates a unique tactile experience, blending analog and digital play. Inspired by the developer’s pilot training, Over the Radio offers a slightly different approach to cooperative gameplay—challenging players to rely not on reflexes, but on communication and trust.

About First Trailer

Playable Demo at Tokyo Game Show 2025
Over the Radio will be exhibited as part of the Selected Indie 80 lineup at Tokyo Game Show 2025. Visitors will be able to try a shortened version of the game that captures its core gameplay. The booth is scheduled at E-26. Visitors are invited to experience the fun of airborne adventures and teamwork while communicating with their partner. Those who play the demo will receive stickers and other small goodies. The demo content is subject to change.
