Irvine, CA., (July 30, 2025) – KOG Games, a leading developer and publisher of the popular free-to-play RPG Elsword, has started their summer updates with multiple events to help players progress from a new character up to endgame.
Starting today and lasting until September 23rd, Elsword players can log into the game to be greeted by numerous events to aid them. One of such events provide the Submergence of Abyss, a powerful weapon for 60 days. The weapon will come at max stage, with all of its hidden stats unlocked, letting players wield a high level of power immediately. Players can also complete event quests over 60 days to accumulate points and receive various rewards. Upon receiving all rewards, players can turn their event Submergence of Abyss Weapon into a permanent weapon.
For new players who do not have a pre-existing character or for those who wish to try a new character, a Quick Start Event is ongoing where players can play just 5 dungeons to reach level 99 and max class, allowing them to quickly get to endgame. Players can create 1 character per cycle. The first cycle is ongoing and will end on August 26th. The second cycle will start on August 27th, lasting until September 23rd.
Players can also participate in the Combat Power Boost Event where players can receive +10 Tenebrous Armor at max Reforge levels and Ice Burner Costumes and Dungeon Accessories to allow them to reach endgame levels. This event also provides help to new players by raising players below Level 200 El Resonance Points to Level 200 El Resonance Points. With all the events, players should be able to reach 10 million Combat Power with relative ease.
For those that are already at the endgame raid content, raid difficulty adjustments are coming in to alleviate the player fatigue and make them more enjoyable. Players can expect the bosses to receive nerfs to their hp and defense with mechanics being changed to improve visibility and playability, making it easier for them to clear them. For those who are just starting to get into these raids, they’ll find the learning experience much easier to help them overcome the challenge and become even stronger.
