Digital Dragons will award the best Polish and foreign games – Cyberpunk 2077 and Ghostrunner among the nominees!

One of the most important elements of Digital Dragons, the biggest B2B game industry conference in Central and Eastern Europe, is granting prestigious Digital Dragons Awards. Over 160 people representing development studios, media, and industry organizations decided on the nominations in each category. Among the distinguished titles we can find such productions as Cyberpunk 2077, Ghostrunner, Ghost of Tsushima, Hades or The Last of Us Part II.

The Digital Dragons Awards of 2020 will be distributed in six categories: Best Polish Game, Best Polish Game Design, Best Polish Game Art, Best Polish Mobile Game and Best Polish Game Original Soundtrack, and Best Foreign Game. The largest number of nominations - four each - went to Ghostrunner by One More Level, Shing! by Mass Creation and 112 Operator created by Jutsu Games. Three nominations were given to CD Projekt RED's Cyberpunk 2077 and Carrion by Phobia Game Studio.

The games nominated for Best Polish Game of 2020, one of the most prestigious category, are: Cyberpunk 2077, Ghostrunner, 112 Operator, Shing! and Carrion. The famous production of CD Project RED launched in December 2020 and to this day is the subject of heated discussions among gamers. Apart from Cyberpunk 2077, Ghostrunner is one of the biggest Polish hits of the last year. The title found over half a million buyers around the world. In this dynamic FPP game we play as a cyberpunk warrior endowed with exceptional abilities. Jumping from platform to platform, running on walls and dealing with hostile enemies - all of that to reach the top of the tower.

112 Operator is the sequel to 911 Operator. It is a strategy-simulation game that puts us in the role of an emergency phone operator and requires us to manage emergency services. Shing! is a beat'em up brawler referring with its modernized mechanics to the classics. The game is full of spectacular, dynamic action, hordes of ruthless enemies and bosses. Among the nominees in the Best Polish Game category, we can also find the production of Phobia Game Studio - Carrion. It's a 2D action game, which is also a reverse horror, in which players take the role of an amorphous monster spreading fear and havoc.
